Cross training, high intensity interval training and circuit based sessions all challenge your major muscles groups. We use gym equipment, free weights and resistance in these sessions. Indoor group personal training classes are run at the Mansfield training site. This is a great indoor option for a lunch time session that avoids the sun and heat during the Brisbane summer, or as an early morning heart starter to set you up for the day or after work.
Personal training is all about you. Personal training sessions are customised for you in terms of your interests, goals and what activities you like to do. Trainers use a holistic approach to maximise results. Our personal training recognises the important interaction of nutrition, exercise and learning behaviours in achieving your goals. Regular or single sessions are available. Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length. You can train individually, with a friend or in a small group of three or four people.
Boxing is a proven stress relief outlet and trainers teach fundamental boxing techniques that enhance your core strength, coordination, functional movement and fitness conditioning. Sessions go beyond other boxing type classes you may have tried before and incorporate authentic boxing skills and some fun elements to distract you from how hard you’re working. Beginners are welcome. With our help you’ll pick up the skills quickly and be ducking, weaving and punching out combinations before you know it!
The key is to have fun and Train Tiger boot camps meet this brief. Motivation is something everyone struggles with but if training is fun you are more likely to consistently turn up, take part and progress toward your fitness target. Boot camp mixes a fun group training atmosphere with strength exercises and cardio elements to raise your heart rate.
Activities are different week to week and the trainers use progressive options that suit all fitness levels. Keeping up with your fellow boot campers also helps you maintain a higher level of training intensity than you would on your own, making boot camp an effective fitness boost. We train in all weather and have access to undercover areas if needed.
Exercise plays an important role in everyone's health. There's not doubting the benefits of exercise and how helps with everyday movement but also can have an impact on chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease, help keep weight in check and boost your immune system for optimum health.

We are an easy going and approachable team whose focus is on facilitating individual or group training environments that are inclusive and accessible. Our priority is to offer a training environment where clients of all ages and fitness levels feel comfortable joining in. We focus on coaching approaches that facilitate clients to make lifestyle changes that improve their health and fitness. We use established sports performance and conditioning methods to help you meet your fitness goals. Train Tiger will coach you toward your individual goals while also challenging you to move beyond your comfort zone and take your training up a level. Trainers hold current blue cards and first aid certificates.

Train Tiger has been an integral part of the Mansfield and Mount Gravatt community for over a decade. Willi Smith, founder, business owner, trainer and mother of six, was born and raised in the area and has always been a local. Willi is well known as an pillar of human strength, is caring and compassionate and someone who has contributed to health and fitness of so many people within the local area.
Willi knows that creating a training community atmosphere of happiness and health promotes participation, makes fitness more accessible and keeps you motivated and committed. This makes achieving your fitness goals an easier and more enjoyable experience.
You’ll find Willi and her support team training 6 days a week at the Train Tiger fitness facility with personal training, group fitness classes and speciality training.

We offer progressive options for each exercise so that the range of fitness levels in a client group is catered for.
There are no lock-in contracts, but you will have to sign a waiver and complete a health assessment form. You may pay as you go and we have mobile EFTPOS facilities to allow you to pay on the day prior to class.
No. We do not charge cancellation fees. But we would really appreciate if you would please call and let us know if you are cancelling as we may have another client may waiting for a training spot.
Yes! We have access to undercover facilities, so we train in all weather.

This has made us a unified team of natural athletes with exceptional knowledge and experience in the fitness industry. Playing and coaching a range of competitive sports gives us a wide knowledge base of exercise options and experiences to include in our training interactions. This keeps Train Tiger sessions interesting, entertaining and different. We offer progressive choices in all training sessions so you can start slow and safe and work up as your body adapts if you are getting back into fitness after a break. Alternatively if you are up for it, you can jump right into the high intensity option.
